Domaine Denis Mortet Chambolle Musigny 1er Aux Beaux Bruns 2017. delicate yet full aromas of bright red cherry and spices on the nose. Palate was also very much similar to its aroma, concentrated with small red berries and its got nice juicy mid palate and the long finish. very delicious wine! 앙리 자이에와 르로이를 멘토삼아 어린 나이에 와인 양조를 시작해 도메인을 현재의 위상으로 끌어 올린 드니 모흐떼. 하지만 2006년에 자살로 생을 마감한다. 그의 평소 완벽주의적인 성격과 우울증이 자살의 원인이라 알려져 있지만 사실 내부 사정은 모르는 법이다. 아버지 밑에서 같이 일하던 아들인 Arnaud 가 도멘을 인수해서 같은 양조 철학으로 와인을 생산하고 있다. 파워플하고 농축미 있는 스타일의 만드는 생산자다. 도멘 대부분의 와인을 gevrey chambertin 에서 생산 하지만 샹볼에도 beaux burn 프리미에 크루 밭에서 연간 평균 1200병 수준의 yield로 섬세하지만 깊이 있는 와인을 만들고 있다. 이 와인의 뉴오크 비중은 60프로이고 줄기는 전혀 첨가 하지 않는다. 삼십분간 디켄팅후 시음. 향은 빨간 계열의 베리향이 상당히 직선적이다. 샹볼의 케릭터를 잘 살려냈고 reduction도 젠틀하게 들어가서 은은하게 풍기는 향이 참 좋았다. 팔렛에서도 밸런스가 아주 잘 잡혀있고 집중도 있다. 탄닌도 아주 섬세하고 부드러워서 아주 쉽게 잘 넘어간다. 목 넘김후 여운도 상당히 긴편. 한병이 눈깜짝 할 사이에 없어졌다. 앞으로 더 주목해야 하는 생산자다. #wine #winestagram #와인 #와인스타그램 #denismortet
